As a mother of 3 small children I am no stranger to sleep deprivation. It is one of the hardest and most debilitating aspects of being a new parent. I especially struggled with my first child, he seemed to never sleep and constantly cry. Being a new parent with no real support network I had no idea about how babies were supposed to sleep, what was normal? What wasn’t? Was I supposed to nurse them to sleep? Was I supposed to let them cry it out? There was so much conflicting information that I was completely overwhelmed, and surviving on 3 hours of broken sleep per night, made it all the more difficult.
I had to deal with colic, reflux, allergies, eczema, breastfeeding, co-sleeping and managed to somehow muddle through! Those early days with my first born were certainly dark days and I feel they stole some of the joy of being a new parent.

I wanted to build a website to share some of my experiences, to provide some resources, hints and tips and some baby sleep aid product reviews in an attempt to help other families struggling with sleepless nights.
